The Dream
Adrian always had a dream of becoming a businessman. From a young age he loved selling things and trying unconventional ways to make money. From using his father’s lawn mower to cut grass just to buy video games, to selling candy and renting toys out for a profit. As time and life went on he dove into the work force after spending some time in college trying to figure out what he wanted. Adrian Worked in the automotive field for years as a technician. He always had bigger dreams and always talked about how he always wanted to work for himself and treat others how he wanted to be treated. After working for several companies for a few decades, he realized he could never achieve his dreams working in his current field and constantly being mistreated by employers.
The start of this dream came after Covid and being layed off then fired from his job. He decided to jump ship into the sales field and work as a life insurance agent. The move was scary being a single father of two beautiful daughters. He chose to work hard and had some success selling life insurance. He learned just how much money was in insurance sales. Adrian always wanted to find a place where family came first yet paid a wage to be financially stable and still have enough time for his family. At the company he worked for he learned that insurance sales focused more on hitting sales objectives rather than helping people and started to think that maybe this may not be for him.
Shortly after a coworker of his quit and convinced him to work for a roofing company selling roofs. He chose to follow suit and try his hand at roofing sales although terrified that he would fail with a lot at risk. Adrian took his time and learned all about the construction business during his time with this company. The business suffered hardships, so the money was slow, but he stuck with it because he felt like this line of work was what he always envisioned for himself. Helping others always gave him a sense of happiness but the structure of the company was broken. A few years later the company goes out of business. Adrian was left without work again. With his back against the wall, he decided to start his own Company. With the help and support of his family he dove into entrepreneurship investing everything he had into this idea. He vowed to create a company that ran off of honesty, trust, and hard work. A place where you are truly valued and can come as you are. A place where top tier service was given to everyone. Adrian started with his truck, a ladder and a few pieces of chalk to complete storm damage inspections. As he went and knocked on his first client’s door to let them know about the hail damage that was on the roof, he was nervous yet hopeful knowing this business was in his hands and could deliver the type of customer service he envisioned. After getting the roof approved, contracting the job and getting the roof installed in just a few weeks, the project was a success, and the client referred him to a huge neighborhood and introduced him to someone networked into the homeowner’s association. Little did he know that it would lead to close to a Million dollars in storm damage restoration referral sales in his first year of business. One door knocked for a million in sales is just what can happen when you thrive off of exceptional customer service and honesty. His goal now is to give back to the community and his team members. As the company’s goal is to teach this trade to new project managers scaling the company to new heights, new markets, and new sales goals where anything can be possible if you believe and never give up. The dream of entrepreneurship is now a reality, but new dreams and goals lay ahead.

Every project takes a team to deliver, and we value our relationships with project managers, trade partners, Vendors, Subcontractors, and everyone who help bring projects to life. There is an art to Contracting. This is more than just “getting the sale” This is building relationships, creating trust, helping others in need, and restoring our community. We take serious pride in what we do!
